German Dreams

Great customer service! I loved that they send text messages and emails with photos and details of work and justification. They don't just say, you need this- or that and pushy to make the sale. I like the follow-up call next day if I'm too busy to reply to the messages to make sure I received them and to make sure I understand them and to answer any questions.

I called Tuesday morning and by two hours my car was picked up and it was done by Wednesday afternoon. They made this experience very smooth and trustworthy. Usually mechanics take up to a whole month to work on a car but they were right on time and called me through the whole process. I usually have to call other mechanics shops to see if my car has been looked at and serviced yet for weeks but at German shop they called me regarding everything. I appreciate their timing matter and my car is working good as new. Thank you so much for this stress free experience and God bless this business.

I had a great experience with German Dreams and wanted to share it for anyone looking for a trustworthy shop. They worked directly with my warranty company, which made the whole process way less stressful. My car ended up being in the shop for about 3 months, but throughout the entire time Josh (their parts expert) was incredibly helpful, patient, and always kept me in the loop. One thing I really appreciated was the transparency—they gave me access to an online receipt/inspection report so I could check updates anytime. They were also very clear when it came to what my warranty covered and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. As for the work itself—they went above and beyond. They completed a head job, full engine swap, and also did a transmission and differential flush. When I got my car back, it honestly felt like new again. On top of that, they even cleaned the car inside and out before returning it, which was a really nice touch. Great pricing, solid work, and excellent communication. I’d definitely recommend German Dreams to anyone needing major repairs done right.

Prompt service. Competitive pricing. Great customer service. Truly care about the cars they work on. I got lowering springs put on my car and it’s perfect! Will be going back!

When handling old Volkswagen's I am very particular. I've been driving them for 40 years and it's really hard to find a high-quality shop that really knows what they're doing the first time around. Felix and his team are top notch and they are my new shop of preference for anything that I need from here on out. Great job German Dreams !!
